Russell is an aerospace engineer who has worked at several rocket companies, including Elon Musk's SpaceX. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech and is currently working to revolutionize the green energy industry.

Russell has created his own non-fiction children's picture book, "Rocket Science for Kids," to help kids learn about rocket science in an entertaining, authentic, and technically accurate way.​ 

 

Russell lives in Los Angeles, CA, with his wonderful wife, three kids, and two cats.
